You can ask guests who book for a card as guarantee: no charge at booking, and you charge the penalty only if the guest does not show up or cancels late.

How do I create a digital menu with a QR code?
Sign up, add categories and dishes, pick colours and style and download the QR code to print. On the plans that include it you can also import a PDF or a photo of your paper menu: dishes and prices are read automatically.
Is the digital menu free?
Yes: the Free plan is free forever and includes one menu with QR code and allergens. Paid plans add translations, bookings, orders and kitchen, with a 14-day trial.
